Active Ingredients for Hyderabadi Chicken Masala Fry:

( Tsp- Teaspoon; Tbsp- Tablespoon )

– Chicken- leg, thigh and breast pieces- 500 gms

For marination:
– Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp
– Red Chill Powder- 1 tsp
– Kashmiri Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp
– Coriander Powder- 1 tsp
– Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
– Pepper Powder- 1/2 tsp
– Fennel Powder- 1 tsp
– Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp
– Salt – 1.25 tsp
– Ginger Garlic paste- 2.5 tsp
– Curry leaves, great sliced- 2-3 tsp
– Green Chillies sliced- 2 (3 tsp).
– Thick curd/yoghurt – 3 tbsp (without water).
– Fried onions squashed- 3 medium onions.

Garnish:.
– Coriander leaves, sliced- 3 tbsp.
– Lemon Juice- 2 tsp.

Preparation:.

– Fry the chopped onions in hot oil till brown. Eliminate and permit it to cool. Now approximately crush it with your hand.
– Marinade the chicken with all the products, mix and set aside for 1 hour.

Process:.

– Heat 3 tablespoon oil in a pan.
– Now put all the chicken pieces side by side and cover with a cover.
– Fry on low heat for 5 minutes.
– Flip and repeat for another 5 mins. Cover with a cover again.
– Repeat for another 10 minutes.
– Now remove lid, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and add a dash of lemon.
– Mix and fry on medium heat for around 2 minutes. Serve hot.
