  2. I’ve cooked plenty of steaks in my time, on the stove, gas BBQ, charcoal BBQ…you name it. I had never tried this technique before though. Tried it tonight on our gas BBQ…sensational!!! I could not get enough. Thanks.

  5. Heat source is secondary, grill temperature is the important thing. Gas works fine.

    1. David Fox Try my method, flip the steaks every minute for 12 to 13 minutes they turn out perfect everytime.

  6. Why not remove the bone first? The two sides cook differently why not separate them.

    1. Ronald Wichman The bone marrow from the bone adds a layer flavor to both parts of the meat when they are cooked together.

  7. This is very simple and gives you great advice that you can apply to cooking many meats. The information still holds up but I love how your production value has it skyrocketed. This video might be worth revisiting. I’d like to see Dan’s take on this one
