    1. You can do it the night before, let the mince cool & safely reheat. You can also brown off mince to throw in the slow cooker. Browning mince literally takes less than 5 minutes if that lol

    1. Not the flavour. I’ve also never heard of anyone baking mince.. it’ll sit in its own grease. Ick.

    2. @LauraBidingCitizen You mean its own juices…. than you can turn on the broiler if you want to char. Youre wording is clever but thats not how it is haha the point is just to cook it before hand, thats all. Both methods work, the finished product is all that matters.

    3. @Titus Telesco No, I mean grease. We are not talking steak here, we’re talking minced beef, it swims in grease. If that’s something you enjoy, please, go right ahead.
