Overnight soaked thattapayaru (cowpeas) – 1 cup
Oil – 1 teaspoon
Shallots – 15
Tomato – 1
Coriander seeds – 2 teaspoon
Pepper – ½ teaspoon
Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Dry chilli – 5
Coconut – 4 tbl spoon
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Mustard – ½ teaspoon
Fenugreek – ½ teaspoon
Chopped shallots – 5
Curry leaves
Crushed garlic – 5
Brinjal – 3
Potato – 1
Drumstick – 1
Turmeric powder
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
