Stir Fry Okra | स्टर फ़्राय ओकरा | Bhindi Recipes | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

The people of the Orient know too. This preparation is the stir-fry version of this tropical veggie.

STIR FRY (BHINDI).

Active ingredients.

300 grams girl fingers (bhindi).
2 tablespoon sesame oil.
2 tsp finely sliced garlic.
1 inch finely sliced ginger.
2 spring onion bulbs, carefully chopped.
1-2 fresh red chillies, diagonally sliced.
Salt to taste.
Crushed black peppercorns to taste.
1/2 tsp soy sauce.
1/2 tsp red chilli sauce.
2 tablespoons sliced spring onion greens.
1/2 tsp vinegar.
Toasted white sesame seeds for garnish.

Approach.

1. Trim the top of the woman figures and vertically slice into half.
2. Heat adequate water in a steamer, add the woman fingers in the cleaner basket and steam cook for 6-8 minutes.
3. Heat sesame oil in a wok, add garlic, ginger, spring onion bulbs and sauté on high heat for 1-2 minutes.
4. Include the steamed girl fingers, red chillies, and sauté on high heat for 3 minutes. Include salt and crushed black peppercorns and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Include soy sauce, red chilli sauce and mix well.
5. Include spring onion greens and mix. Include vinegar and mix till well integrated. Switch the heat off and move on a serving plate. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
