Semolina and Almond Phirni | सूजी बादाम फिरनी | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This flavourful is a simple dessert. Basic pleasures typically constantly brighten up anybody's day.

Active ingredients

1/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup semolina (rawa).
4 1/2 cups full fat milk.
A big pinch of saffron.
1/2 cup sugar.
2 tsps increased water.
Slivered almonds to serve.
Silver warq for garnish.


1. Thoroughly clean the semolina with adequate water for 2-3 times.
2. Put the almonds in a mixer jar and mix to a fine powder.
3. Bring milk to a boil in a deep non-stick pan.
4. Include saffron and blend well. Stir continuously and cook for 3-4 minutes.
5. Add the semolina and almond powder, continuously mix and cook till the mixture thickens.
6. Add sugar, mix and cook till it melts. Include rose water and blend well.
7. Change the heat off and transfer the mixture into private serving earthen bowls. Sprinkle slivered almonds, place them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or till cooled totally.
8. Garnish with silver warq. Serve cooled.
