Saffron Steamed Yogurt | सॅफ्रन स्टीम्ड योगर्ट | Dessert Recipes | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Steamed yogurt is among the most convenient desserts to make. Here, it is instilled with fragile and floral saffron that imparts its sweet aroma, flavour, and beautiful dynamic colour.

Ingredients

1 cup yogurt
3/4 cup condensed milk
1 cup fresh cream
A large pinch of saffron, taken in 1/4 cup warm milk
1/4 cup melted white chocolate
8-10 pistachios, blanched, peeled and slivered
Dried rose petals for sprinkling
A pinch of saffron strands
1 fresh strawberry, vertically quartered
Pistachios powder for sprinkling

Method

1. Take yogurt in a big bowl. Add condensed milk, fresh cream and soaked saffron and blend till well combined. Pour the mix till 3/4 into private heatproof small serving glasses.
2. Securely cover each glass with a piece of aluminium foil.
3. Heat sufficient water in a cleaner. Place the glasses into the steamer basket, cover and steam on medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
4. On the other hand, to make the chocolate garnish, evenly spread out the melted white chocolate on to a plastic sheet. Sprinkle pistachios, dried rose petals and saffron hairs. Location another plastic sheet over it and spread out the mix using a rolling pin. Keep this in the refrigerator till the chocolate sets.
5. Thoroughly take the glasses out of the cleaner and position them on a plate. Cool for 1-2 hours or cooled completely.
6. Get rid of among the plastic sheet from the chocolate garnish and cut the chocolate into triangles.
7. Dispose of the aluminium foil from the glasses, insert one chocolate garnish into each glass. Garnish with strawberry quarters and spray pistachios powder.
