RAS KHEER

Ingredients

4 cups sugarcane juice
1/2 cup short grain rice, soaked and drained
2 tbsps raisins
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
A pinch of saffron
2-3 tbsps sliced cashew nuts
2-3 tablespoons slivered almonds + for garnish
2 tbsps ghee

Approach

1. Heat a nonstick pan. Include sugarcane juice and enable to boil.
2. Discard the pollutants.
3. Include rice, raisins, green cardamom powder and raisins and mix well.
4. Prepare for 10-15 minutes or till the rice is completely prepared.
5. Include cashew nuts, almonds and ghee and blend well.
6. Transfer in serving bowls, garnish with slivered almonds and serve hot.
