POTATO CORN SOUP

Active ingredients

2 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
200 gms cream design sweet corn
2 medium onions
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
1 1/4 cups milk
2-3 sprigs of curly parsley
Black pepper powder to taste (optional).

Method.

1. Approximately chop onions and garlic.
2. Heat oil in a deep non stick pan, add onions and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Add salt.
3. Roughly chop potatoes and add. Sauté for 2 minutes.
4. Move into a mixer container, include 1 cup water and grind to a fine puree.
5. Put the puree back into the pan, add milk and mix well. Add cream design sweet corn and mix well and heat.
6. Finely slice parsley.
7. If you want you can add a little black pepper powder. Cook the soup till it comes to a boil.
8. Put the soup into specific soup bowls, garnish with parsley and serve piping hot immediately.
