Peanut Butter Noodles | पीनट बटर नूडल्स | Noodle Recipes | Quick & Easy | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This completely balanced noodles has the sweet taste and nuttiness from the peanut butter and a tip of heat from the chillies! A must try dish, undoubtedly!

1/4 cup velvety peanut butter
300 grams boiled noodles
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp red chilli sauce
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp corn flour
2 tablespoons oil
2 spring onion bulbs, diagonally sliced
1 tbsp finely sliced ginger
1 tablespoon finely sliced garlic
1 little red capsicum, cut into thin strips
1 small green capsicum, cut into thin strips
1 small carrot, cut into thin strips
Diagonally chopped spring onion greens for garnish
Diagonally sliced fresh red chillies for garnish

Approach

1. Take peanut butter in a bowl. Add dark soy sauce, red chilli sauce, crushed black peppercorns, salt, corn flour and 2 tbsps water and blend till smooth.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Include spring onion bulbs, ginger and garlic and sauté on high heat for 1-2 minutes.
3. Include red capsicum, green capsicum, and carrot and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add boiled noodles and toss well.
4. Add the ready paste and 2 tbsps water and mix well.
5. Transfer the noodles into a serving bowl, garnish with spring onion greens and fresh red chillies. Serve hot.
