I love to see you cook with your mother. i had a very similar upbringing. there where 5 of us and my mother worked and we took turns cooking. we made a vast variety of dishes thanks to cookbooks at the library and magazine recipes.

Gordon has balls. When I look at that Chili πΆοΈ I get scared of it’s spicyness. π
Everything he uses is so mild I’m not sure I’d even notice.
I’ve been over spicy foods, but I want to try some of these.
Genuine question for Gordon. Will you ever consider opening a kosher restaurant or writing a cookbook? This food looks amazing and probably tastes so good but I canβt eat things like clams.
