This is a Mooli chutney, which even utilizes the greens of the raddish to make an appetizing relish to go with hot curries and rich flavours. Enjoy!
MOOLI PYAZ KI CHUTNEY
1 little bunch of little white radishes, peeled and grated
2 cups carefully chopped radish greens
1 medium onion, sliced
Salt to taste
Black salt to taste
1 tsp chaat masala
1-2 green chillies, sliced
2-3 tsps lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
1. Take the grated radishes in a large bowl, include radishes green, onion, salt, black salt, chaat masala, green chillies, lemon juice, coriander leaves and blend till well integrates.
2. Fridge for an hour and serve with roti.
