Frozen Strawberries with Cream Mixed Drink

Active ingredients
A drizzle of honey
Finely sliced raw or roasted pistachios, for rim and more for the garnish
Freeze-dried strawberries, for the rim
2 cups (280 grams) frozen strawberries
1/4 cup (50 grams) sugar
1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup vodka
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
An excellent pinch of ground cardamom
Instructions
To rim the glasses: Apply a thin even layer of honey around the rim of 2 glasses. (I discover it's most convenient to drizzle it directly on the leading outside edge of the glass and then utilize a little rubber spatula or knife to spread it all around) and then coat it with the pistachios and freeze-dried strawberries. Set the glasses aside.
In a mixer, combine the frozen strawberries, sugar, milk, cream, vodka, vanilla and cardamom and mix until smooth. Put into glasses and top with the staying sliced pistachios.
