8 readymade rasmalai
3/4 cup cream cheese
1 cup Nutralite Choco Spread
1 1/2 cups whipped cream
4 white chocolate disks for garnish
Blanched and slivered pistachios to spray
White chocolate triangles for garnish
Dark chocolate rolls for garnish


1. Add rasmalai at the base of each serving mug.
2. Take Nutralite Choco Spread in a bowl. Include cream cheese and mix well.
3. Include whipped cream and mix. Transfer the mixture in a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe on the rasmalai layer.
4. Location 1 more rasmalai in each glass and lastly pipeline out some more chocolate mixture on top.
5. Garnish with a white chocolate disk and pipe some more chocolate mixture on top.
6. Sprinkle pistachios on top, garnish with white chocolate triangles, dark chocolate rolls and serve.
