Masala Paneer | मसाला पनीर | How to make Paneer at home | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Paneer does make a dish exotic. How about making paneer a little exciting too? With this dish, paneer gets typical Indian flavours, the light flavour of the jeera and a little sharpness of the black pepper. Now meals taste even much better.

MASALA PANEER

Active ingredients

2 litres full fat milk
200 ml fresh cream
1/4 cup vinegar
1 1/2 tbsps roasted cumin seeds
1 1/2 tsps coarsely crushed black peppercorns

Approach

1. Bring milk and fresh cream to a boil in a wide deep pan.
2. On the other hand, take vinegar in a bowl, include 1/4 cup water and blend well.
3. Include roasted cumin seeds and crushed black peppercorns into the milk mix and mix well. Continue to stir and prepare till the milk curdles. Strain the mix through a muslin cloth, dip this into ice cold water, and place it over a strainer. Keep a heavy object over it and set it aside for 3-4 hours.
