MASALA MANGODI KADHI.
Masaledar kadhi made with mangodi.

Ingredients.

1/2 cup mangodi (moong dal wadi).
3 tablespoons gram flour (besan).
3/4 cup yogurt.
130 gm bhuna masala.
1 tablespoon oil.
1/2 tsp mustard seeds.
2-3 dried red chillies, broken.
12-15 curry leaves.

Approach.

1. Put gram flour in a bowl, add yogurt and blend till smooth. Add bhuna masala and blend well. Include 2 cups water and keep blending till you get a lump-free mixture.
2. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Include mustard seeds, dried red chillies, curry leaves and mangodi and saute for 3-4 minutes.
3. Include yogurt-gram flour mix, mix well and prepare, stirring at intervals, till it thickens to wanted consistency.
4. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with steamed rice.
