Taste and power packed together into a nutrient-rich # ProVFoods Masala Bajra Roti! This gluten free alternative is easy to make and is normally served with white butter for a delicious square meal.

MASALA BAJRA ROTI

Components

1 1/2 cups pearl millet (bajra) flour
3/4 cup Pro V Combination Omega Increase Path Mix
1 medium onion, sliced
2 tablespoons grated carrots
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3/4 tsp red chilli powder
2 green chillies, sliced
2-3 tbsps sliced fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
2 tsps ghee + for cooking
2 tsps oil
Sliced jaggery as required

Method

1. Transfer Pro V Fusion Omega Boost Path Mix in a string chopper and crush coarsely.
2. Take bajra flour in a parat. Include crushed mix, onion, carrots, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, green chillies, coriander, salt and ghee and mix well.
3. Add 3/4 cup water and knead to soft dough. Include oil and knead well.
4. Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll into balls. Roll into semi thick disks.
5. Heat a nonstick tawa. Place the rotis and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
6. Flip and cook for 2-3 minutes on opposite also.
7. Drizzle ghee, flip and sprinkle some more ghee. Cook for a minute more.
8. Leading up with jaggery and serve hot.
