Kebab ki Chutney | कबाब की चटनी | Green Chutney | Chutney Recipes | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Pungent and revitalizing with a nutty texture… Falafel or galaouti, goes well with any.

Active ingredients

1 cup fresh coriander leaves
1 cup fresh mint leaves
2-3 green chillies, stemmed
2-3 garlic cloves
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp roasted chana dal
2 tablespoons yogurt
Black salt to taste

Approach

1. Put the coriander leaves in a blender container. Include mint leaves, green chillies, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, roasted chana dal, yogurt and black salt and blend well. Include 1/4 cup water and mix to a great paste.
2. Transfer into a serving bowl. Serve with kebab of your option.
