Hazelnut Chocolate Cookies | हेज़लनट चॉकलेट कूकीज | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A delightful nutty and a chocolaty cookie. The crunch and the heavenly chocolate is all it takes to give yourself a treat.

HAZELNUT CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Active ingredients

1 1/2 cups refined flour (maida).
1/2 tsp powder.
1/2 tsp soda.
1 cup brown sugar.
1/4 cup castor sugar.
1 1/2 cups butter, softened.
1 egg.
1 tsp vanilla essence.
1/2 cup hazelnut flour.
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts.
1/2 cup approximately sliced milk chocolate.
1/4 cup milk.

Technique.

1. Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
2. Sift the refined flour in a large bowl. Add baking powder, and baking soda and blend well.
3. Take brown sugar, castor sugar and butter in a big bowl and beat it with the aid of an electric beater till the mixture turns light and fluffy.
4. Break in the egg and continue to beat till well integrated. Add vanilla esenc eand mix well.
5. Add sliced hazelnuts and milk chocolate and blend well. Include the sorted flour mixture and gently fold in till a dough is formed. Add milk and blend well.
6. Take little parts of the mix and roll it into a ball and press it lightly. Arrange them on a baking tray lined with silicon sheet. Position it in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
7. Bring the tray out of the oven and allow to cool.
8. Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
