A quick, flavourful salad with lapsi and fresh green garlic stalks and bulbs.
GREEN GARLIC TABBOULEH
Ingredients
1 cup broken wheat (lapsi), soaked for 2 hours and drained pipes
2-3 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
2-3 tablespoons chopped spring onion bulbs
1 cup sliced green garlic stalks
2 tbsps additional virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
Approach
1. Take damaged wheat in a large bowl. Add tomatoes, spring onion bulbs, green garlic stalks, additional virgin olive, lemon juice, salt and white pepper powder and mix till well combined.
2. Transfer in a serving bowl. Serve.
