Gourmet Chicken Burger | चिकन बर्गर घर पे कैसे बनाए | Food on Budget | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

As premium as it gets. Made with patties stuffed with cheese and the caramelised onions make the burgers moist, juicy and bursting with flavours.

GOURMET CHICKEN BURGER

Components

300 grams chicken mince (keema).
4 hamburger buns.
Caramelized onions.
1 tablespoon oil.
2 large onions, sliced.
Salt to taste.
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar.
1 tsp soy sauce.
Sauce.
1/2 cup mayonnaise.
1 tsp mustard paste.
1 tbsp tomato ketchup.
1 tsp red chili sauce.
1 tsp red chilli flakes.
1 tsp dried combined herbs.
Patty.
1 tablespoon oil.
1 tbsp butter.
1 tablespoon garlic.
1 green chili, carefully chopped.
1 large onion, finely chopped.
Salt to taste.
1 tsp sugar.
1 tsp red chilli flakes.
1 tsp dried blended herbs.
1 tsp red chilli powder.
1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs.
1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander.
1 egg.
1 cup grated processed cheese.
4 cheese slices.
Few lettuces leave.
1 large tomato, cut into pieces.
4-5 tbsps oil.

Approach.

1. To make caramelized onions, heat oil in a shallow pan. Include onions, mix and cook till golden brown.
2. Include salt, sugar and mix well. Prepare till the sugar melts and the mixture brown. Add soy sauce and mix. Prepare for 30 seconds.
3. Switch the heat off, move the mix on a plate and permit to cool totally.
4. To make the sauce, take mayo in a bowl. Include mustard paste, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, red chili flakes and dried mixed herbs and mix till well combined.
5. To make the burger patty, heat oil and butter in another shallow pan. Include garlic, green chilli and sauté for 1 minute. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
6. Include the salt, sugar and blend well. Switch the heat off and permit the mixture to cool a little.
7. Take chicken mince in a big bowl, add red chilli flakes, dried blended herbs, red chilli powder, the ready onion mix, dried breadcrumbs and blend till well combined.
8. Include coriander leaves, break the egg straight into it and blend well. Grease your palm with some oil and take a portion of the mix. Make cavity in the center and things it with a portion of the cheese. Bring the sides to the center and roll it into a ball. Carefully press to form it like a patty.
9. Cut the burger buns in half.
10. Heat oil in yet another shallow pan, position the patties into the hot oil, cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes as well.
11. Location a cheese slice over each patty. Cover the pan with a cover and cook for 30 seconds or till the cheese melts. Eliminate the lid and carefully transfer the patty on a plate.
12. In the same pan, toast the burger buns for a couple of seconds.
13. To make the burger, apply some sauce on the base of a burger bun. Organize a couple of lettuce leaves, put a patty over it, set up some tomato pieces, and include a part of the caramelized onion. Apply some sauce on the remaining half of the burger bun and cover the burger. Serve immediately.
