ENERGY LADDOO.

Ingredients.

1 cup oats.
1/2 cup peanut butter.
1/2 cup chocolate chips.
1/2 cup roasted almond powder.
1/3 cup honey.
Sesame seeds for covering.

Approach.

1. Dry roast oats in a non-stick pan till gently browned.
2. Put peanut butter in a small bowl and melt it in the microwave oven for 40 seconds. Transfer into a big blending bowl.
3. Include roasted oats, chocolate chips and some almond powder and blend well. Include honey and blend well. Include staying almond powder and mix well.
4. Divide the mix into equal portions and shape each part into a laddoo.
5. Spread sesame seeds on a plate, coat the laddoos in them.
6. Arrange the laddoos in a serving plate and serve instantly.
