Eggless Mango Pudding | एगलेस आम का पुडिंग | Eggless Dessert Recipes | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Let's make a smooth mango pudding using simple from the kitchen and it happens to be eggless too! Do try this quick and easy dish in your home and let us know how it ended up.

2 ripe Alphanso mangoes
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn flour
1 1/2 cups milk
A pinch of salt
1 lemon wedge
Chopped ripe mangoes for garnish
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Approach

1. Peel the Alphanso mangoes. Roughly slice them and move in a mixer jar. Sugarcoat and blend to a fine paste.
2. Take corn flour in a bowl, add 1/2 cup milk and mix till well integrated.
3. Heat a deep pan, add the mixed paste and staying milk, mix and till the mixture comes to a boil. Add salt and the corn flour-milk mix and constantly mix and for 2-3 minutes or till the mixture thickens. Switch the heat off.
4. Squeeze the juice of lemon and mix well. Transfer the mix into specific moulds and allow the mix to cool entirely.
5. Location the moulds in the fridge for 5-6 hours or till set totally.
6. Carefully de-mould the pudding on to specific serving plates. Garnish with sliced mangoes and mint sprigs. Serve right away.
