Chopped Salad | स्वादिष्ट सलाद कैसे बनाएं | Vegetable Salad | Salad Recipe | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

It is time to check out the chopped salad to refresh your body and mind both at the very same time. This easy-peasy dish will win your heart rapidly.



1/2 large red capsicum
1/2 large yellow capsicum
1/2 large green capsicum
1medium English cucumber
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot, peeled
3 inch celery stick
8-10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
100 grams home cheese (paneer), cut into 1cm pieces
1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
4 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 tsp sliced garlic
Black pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
1 tbsp honey
6-8 fresh basil leaves, shredded
Various lettuce leaves as required


1. Deseed and roughly chop red, yellow and green capsicum and transfer in a bowl.
2. Roughly slice English cucumber, onion, carrot and celery and transfer in the exact same bowl.
3. Add cherry tomatoes, home cheese, chickpeas and blend well.
4. For dressing, take additional virgin olive oil in a container. Include lemon juice, garlic, black pepper powder, salt, honey and basil leaves.
5. Close the cover and shake well.
6. Reserve some dressing and include the staying to the vegetables and mix well.
7. Tear the lettuce leaves approximately and arrange in the serving plate, sprinkle the staying dressing over. Transfer the ready salad and serve.
