Who does not like to indulge in a bit of chocolaty dessert? This recipe has only a few ingredients and makes for the most incredible, soft, chocolate crammed, heavenly fudge!
Easy to make and pleases all!
1/2 cup sliced dark chocolate
1/2 cup carefully chopped walnuts
3 tbsps butter
1 cup khoya
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Oil for greasing
1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Include khoya, mix and cook till it melts. Include condensed milk, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add chocolate, mix and cook on low heat till it melts. Add half the walnuts, mix and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add vanilla essence, mix, cook on medium heat till the mixture comes to boil and ends up being semi-thick, stirring constantly.
4. Grease a barfi tray with some oil, move the chocolate mixture and tap. Leading with remaining walnuts and refrigerate to set.
5. Cut and serve.
