On today's episode of #SameSabziNewAvatar, we've taken cauliflower to the next level, changing it into crispy, spicy, and irresistibly tasty 'Chilli Vegan Cauliflower Wings' that make certain to blow your palate away!

VEGAN CAULIFLOWER WINGS.

Components

500 grams cauliflower, cut into big florets
1 cup fine-tuned flour
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Salt to taste
1/3 cup corn flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Oil for deep frying
4 tsps hot sauce
Vegan mayonnaise for serving

Technique

1. Take improved flour in a bowl. Add paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, crushed peppercorns, salt and blend well.
2. Take corn flour in a bowl. Include salt, 3/4 cup water and mix well.
3. Take panko breadcrumbs in a plate. Add salt and mix well.
4. Roll the cauliflower in refined flour mixture and dip in corn flour mix. Roll again I fine-tuned flour mix and dip in corn flour mixture.
5. Roll in panko breadcrumbs and deep fry in oil till golden brown and crisp.
6. Drain on absorbent paper. Transfer in a bowl, add hot sauce and blend well.
7. Serve hot with vegan mayo.
