Dabeli gets spicy with the fiery garlic-red chilli paste and places on thousandses of cheese minus the potato stuffing … You will love it nevertheless.

CHEESE LASUN PAV

Active ingredients

1 tsp red chilli-garlic chutney
8 cheese slices
4 pavs ¸ slit without cutting through
1 tablespoon butter + for toasting
2 tbsps dabeli masala
1 tablespoon date and tamarind chutney
Salt to taste
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves + for garnish
Masala peanuts to serve
Sev to serve

Approach

1. Heat butter in a non-stick pan. Add red chilli-garlic chutney and sauté till fat separates.
2. Add dabeli masala, date and tamarind chutney, salt, and coriander leaves and blend well. Prepare for 2-3 minutes.
3. Switch the heat off and transfer it in a bowl.
4. Generously spread the ready mixture inside the pavs.
5. Heat butter in a non-stick tawa.
6. Open the pavs and position it on the hot tawa with the masala side dealing with up. Location two cheese pieces over each pav and fold it in half to make a sandwich. Toast on both sides till the cheese melts and the pavs turn crisp.
7. Set up the pavs on a serving plate, garnish with masala peanuts, sev, and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
