  1. I was taught by my Italian housemate, Dario, years ago how to make proper carbonara. Unsurprisingly, it’s almost identical to Antonio’s and Jamie’s method…..never, ever add cream or you will be banned from cooking Italian food! The egg yolk is the cream!

  11. I always wondered, what an “agitated pan” looks like. Actually quite content…must be the ingredients 🤔❣

  12. This was a good mix of traditional recipes and non-traditional. I enjoyed watching the different methods, I’ve been making traditional carbonara for years (and criticising Italian restaurants who use cream!) but it’s nice to get a few variations.
