Active ingredients

1 1/2 cups broken wheat (lapsi).
4-5 cups boiled milk.
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder.
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder.
1/4 cup jaggery powder.
Fresh blueberries as required.
Banana slices as required.
Fresh raspberry halves as needed.
Dragon fruit cubes as required.
Almond slivers as required.
Blanched and peeled pistachios as required.
Honey for sprinkling.

Method.

1. Dry roast the damaged wheat in a non-stick deep pan till aromatic. Transfer into a big bowl, include water and clean it well. Add water and soak for 20 minutes. Drain.
2. Heat milk in the same pan. Add the damaged wheat and blend well. Prepare for 15-20 minutes or till done while stirring in between.
3. Include cinnamon powder, green cardamom powder and blend well. Include jaggery and mix and cook till the mixture thickens slightly. Switch the heat off and move the mix into specific serving bowls. Organize blueberries, banana pieces, raspberry halves, dragon fruit cubes, spray almond slivers and garnish with pistachios. Drizzle honey and serve.
