BOONDI SEV KI SUBZI
Ingredients
1/2 cup boondi
1/2 cup thick sev
2 tablespoons oil
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
12-15 curry leaves
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup yogurt
1 green chilli, chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Technique
1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, include asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves.
2. When the seeds splutter include red chilli powder and onions and saute for 1 minute.
3. Add yogurt and mix. Include boondi and sev and mix.
4. Add green chilli, turmeric powder and salt and blend well.
5. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve instantly.
