थाई रॉ मँगो सलाद | Thai Raw Mango Salad | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

The Thai salad with plentiful textures, colours and flavours is easy an to make dish, which everybody will like.

THAI RAW MANGO SALAD

Components

2 medium raw mangoes, peeled, deseeded and cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon finely sliced garlic
2 bird's eye chillies, chopped
1/2 lemon
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
Salt to taste
2 tsps brown sugar
1/2 medium yellow capsicum, cut into thin strips
1/2 medium red capsicum, cut into thin strips
1 little onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons roasted salted peanuts
1 little carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
4-5 fresh basil leaves, shredded
1/2 cup bean sprouts

Technique

1. To make the dressing, take garlic in a bowl, include bird's eye chillies and squeeze the juice of lemon. Include fish sauce, salt, and brown sugar and blend well.
2. Take raw mango in a large bowl. Include yellow capsicum, red capsicum, onion, roasted salted peanuts, carrot, basil leaves and bean sprouts and sprinkle the ready dressing on it and blend well.
3. Transfer in a bowl and serve.
