चीकू कुल्फी | Chickoo Kulfi | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A chilled kulfi (conventional Indian icecream) is the best service for summer seasons. Especially this creamy kulfi is mouth-watering due to the fact that it is used chikoos.

CHICKOO KULFI

Active

1 cup chickoo puree
2 medium chickoos, peeled, deseeded and carefully chopped
4 cups complete fat milk
1/3 cup condensed milk
2 tablespoons finely sliced cashew nus
1/2 tsp green cardamom powder

Technique

1. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan. Cook till it concerns a boil.
2. Prepare on low heat, stirring constantly till the mix thickens.
3. Include condensed milk and blend well.
4. Change the heat off and stir in the chickoo puree and mix till well combined. Add cashew nuts, green cardamom powder and chopped chickoos and mix well.
5. Permit the mix to cool slightly.
6. Put the mixture into private kulfi moulds, firmly cover with a lid and freeze for 6-8 hours.
