  1. in the morning i cook chicken soup like that, we have same idea of cooking that

  2. I would have taken the sheet pan full of chicken pieces and roasted them off then put them in the water with flavouring veg and simmer away. That’s just my personal preference and my mom always did it that way after having turkey or roasted chicken.
