Here in Austria a popular dessert in styria is vanilla ice cream with pumpkin seed oil, really yummy.
Butter. Just use butter. It’s. It’s what goes on, in and with food. And it actually tastes really nice. Not like soap.
Olive oil also goes on, in, and with food 😂. Butter would add nothing to ice cream, it’s just more cream 😂

Dark chocolate and olive oil would be delicious too. And I’ve had rosemary, lemon, and olive oil ice cream (the EVOO was in the ice cream as a ribbon though).
